This fund was created specifically to help the less fortunate in our community who are seeking support to pay for services such as (co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, or appointments in their entirety) when cost is the only barrier to receiving help. In addition, each donation enters you into a monthly raffle for a chance to win a self-care gift basket.
