Who we are

Kelly Case Management Services assists families in navigating the complexities of mental healthcare. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, including work in psychiatric inpatient long-term and short-term residential care as well as outpatient case management, I have developed an in-depth understanding of the treatment world.
My focus is on providing robust referral support and building a strong network of providers. This background allows me to provide families with fast, efficient referrals to providers or treatment centers that specialize in the specific support they need.

Cody Kelly - Founder/Owner

Driven by a deep passion for helping others and a lifelong commitment to advocating for mental health, Cody Kelly founded Kelly Case Management Services (KCMS) to help individuals and families seamlessly navigate the complexities of the mental healthcare system. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the mental health field, Cody has built a diverse clinical background spanning psychiatric inpatient long-term and short-term residential care, and outpatient case management.

At KCMS, the mission is simple: ensure that families never have to fight a complex, overwhelming system alone to get the timely, life-changing care they deserve.

Three Pillars of Service:

  1. Driven by purpose

  2. Rooted in experience

  3. Client centered

Cody’s dedication to service is deeply rooted in his background as a veteran. Serving with the Utah National Guard, he completed his Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Sill. He went on to serve in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Spartan Shield, deploying with a field artillery unit during a tour in the Middle East.

While deployed, Cody suffered a severe heat stroke that resulted in long-lasting aftereffects, requiring an intensive, exhausting journey through the medical system upon his return. He underwent extensive testing—including multiple MRIs, nerve conduction studies, a stress echo, and an echocardiogram—while navigating appointments with numerous neurological specialists, including neurology and neuro-ophthalmology.

Experiencing firsthand how incredibly difficult, slow, and frustrating it can be to secure quick specialist appointments when you need them most transformed Cody's perspective on care coordination. It gave him an intimate understanding of the roadblocks patients face and solidified his mission at KCMS: to break through the red tape for his clients.

Client Reviews

“I met Cody at a social event and he offered his case management services to me. I was a little skeptical at first wondering if this was a legit service, but the first actual meeting we had was very professional and he explained to the contract clearly and kept all of my information very private. Plus it was free!”

Deziree Debuck

“Cody Kelly was very professional and calm, and he's doing great for just starting his business. He clearly listed out the therapists he recommended, and I was able to choose one that suited my needs. He could work on the smoothness of the initial paperwork and service outreaches. I would definitely recommend him!”

Michael Heglund

“I just moved from Layton, Utah to Rexburg, Idaho and I have had trouble finding a therapist. Until a friend recommended Kelly Case Management Services. They helped me find a provider in less than 72 hours as well recommended their services to find providers.”
