NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.


1. SPONSOR:

The "Angels for Others" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Kelly Case Management Services, located at 1999 South 25th East #1011, Ammon, ID 83406, United States ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  • Ineligibility: Employees, interns, officers, and directors of Kelly Case Management Services, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they reside) or household members of such employees and interns are strictly ineligible to enter or win a prize.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time ("MDT") on September 9, 2026, and ends at 8:00 PM MDT on October 4, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeping device for this promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

There is a strict limit of three (3) submissions per person total across all entry methods, yielding a maximum cap of three (3) total entries per person.

  • Method A (Online Purchase Entry – $50 Co-Pay Scholarship):

    Visit https://www.kellycmservices.org/kellysangels during the Promotion Period and purchase up to three (3) "$50 Co-Pay Scholarships" ($150 maximum total). Each $50 Co-Pay Scholarship purchase directly funds healthcare assistance or educational assistance for individuals in need and automatically grants one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing.

    • Scholarship Administration Disclaimer: Purchasers may apply to be a recipient of healthcare or educational assistance, but purchasing a Co-Pay Scholarship does not guarantee scholarship receipt. Sponsor has zero selection authority or control over who receives scholarship funds; all scholarship awards and distributions are left entirely to the sole discretion of the administering third-party company, partner entity, or educational institution.

  • Method B (Alternate Method of Entry – Free Mail-In Entry):

    To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, active email address, and primary phone number on a standard sheet of paper or 3x5 card. Insert the paper into a standard, stamped #10 business envelope and mail it to:

    Each valid, legible mail-in envelope received will yield one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. To reach the maximum entry cap of three (3) entries via Method B, you must send three (3) separate, individually stamped mail-in envelopes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 4, 2026, and received by Sponsor no later than October 10, 2026.

    • AMOE Scope Disclaimer: Mail-in entries grant drawing entries into the Sweepstakes only. Mail-in entries do not issue a Co-Pay Scholarship to someone in need, nor do they enter the mail-in applicant into any healthcare or educational assistance pool.

5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS & RIGGING PROHIBITION:

Maximum of three (3) entries per person/household total, regardless of entry method used (e.g., 3 online purchases, 3 mail-in envelopes, or any combination not exceeding 3 total). Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than three (3) entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other unauthorized methods will void all of that entrant's entries and result in disqualification.

6. PRIZES, SELECTION, AND ODDS:

  • Prizes: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded to three (3) separate verified winners (limit one prize per person/household). Each verified winner will choose one (1) of the following $500 reward options:

    • Option 1: $500 Rent Payment (issued as a check or direct payout earmarked for housing/rent assistance).

    • Option 2: $500 Airline Voucher or Digital Gift Card (major US carrier).

    • Option 3: $500 Gas Station Gift Card (major fuel provider).

    • Option 4: $500 Grocery Store Gift Card (major supermarket chain).

  • Retail Value: Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize is $500.00 USD. Total Sweepstakes Prize Pool ARV is $1,500.00 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

  • Winner Selection & Drawing: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on October 15, 2026, at 7:00 PM MDT from among all eligible entries combined across both Method A and Method B received within the allowable deadlines.

  • Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received across both entry methods.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM VERIFICATION:

Potential winners will be notified via email and/or phone within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) business days, or fails to select their preferred $500 prize option within the designated timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected mail/entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

9. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW:

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and the United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Bonneville County, Idaho.

10. WINNER LIST:

To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Kelly Case Management Services at the address listed in Section 1 after October 15, 2026, and before November 15, 2026.
